Electrosurgery is a process of applying electric current to human tissue with the help of a small needle electrode. To treat rosacea, the low-powered device operates at frequences below the AM radio frequency band; the electric energy is transformed into molecular energy, which causes blood vessels coagulation. The treated area is then covered with a small crusting sore, which heals quickly leaving no scarring.
